HYPE Richmond is looking for Greater Richmond’s best YP Workplace and we need your help to identify employers that best attract, retain and develop young professionals in our region. These organizations:

• Attract and retain YPs
• Provide opportunities for YP growth and development
• Value the contributions of YPs
• Promote work-life balance
• Encourage community involvement

How it works:
1 >> You nominate your organization and/ or another that you admire :: 07.08.09 - 08.21.09
2 >> They receive & complete an application
3 >> The applications are reviewed by the HYPE Advisory Committee ::
4 >> The HYPE Advisory Committee announces Finalists and conducts site visits :: 10.09
5 >> YP Workplace Award winner announced at the YP Workplace Award Celebration and the Chamber's Annual Dinner
