Join HYPE at the University of Richmond on October 16th for a panel discussion of the multi-generational workforce. For the first time in history, there are 4 different generations working side by side in the workplace. The communication styles they employ, the motivations that drive them to work hard, and the events that define their lives are very different.

Matt Thornhill from The Boomer Project will facilitate a discussion with one panelist from each of the 4 generations. As our panelists react to scenarios,

we will discuss what your workplace can do improve communication between generations and work together more effectively. All ages are encouraged to attend!

Moderator: Matt Thornhill, Boomer Project

Panelists: Jim Ukrop, Chairman, First Market Bank
Lyn McDermid, Senior VP Information Technology, CIO, Dominion
Moses Foster, President and CEO, West Cary Group
Dayne Kaufmann, SEO and IT Specialist, NetSearch Direct
